Aaron is proud to be the owner and president of Rainbow. He is a skilled lead technician with the knowledge and the care to truly help you recover after a disaster. He will enter your home and preform all necessary tests to carefully determine the strategic course of action that would be best to restore your home to pre-loss condition. As a family man and father of 4, you can trust him to treat your property as if it was his own. He won’t leave until you are 100% happy!
Karen is Aaron’s wife and right hand woman. She handles all things accounting and finance, while also doing an amazing job of keeping track of customer relations. Equally as important, she provides support for everyone on the team. As a mother of 4, she is extremely organized, patient. and strong – just a few features that make her the very best in her role!
As Director of Sales, Ashley plays an important role in our company. She is a natural at locating people who are in need of our services, even if they don’t know they have a problem. She is highly skilled in client communications and problem solving. She is strong willed and lights up any room she walks in! She is the link between us and our clients.
Jessica is the administrative assistant to Aaron, the owner. She plays a key role in ensuring efficient operation of Rainbow. Her tasks include things like creating presentations, managing customer relations, and providing support wherever needed. Her creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are just a few of the reasons why she excels in her role.
Dean is one of the men that make it all happen! He works alongside Aaron to restore your property and help you recover. He cares genuinely for each job that he goes on, always treating everyone’s property and belongings like his own. He is passionate about providing quality service with a smile!
Katelyn is in charge of our marketing department. Her creativity and tech savviness play an important part of her role here at Rainbow. She manages our social media presence across various platforms, keeps our clients informed via email, and implements various tactics to promote awareness and drive leads. As a mom of 2, she is incredibly kind and patient – just a few more features that make her great at what she does!
